Your data is stored securely using Google Firebase cloud infrastructure. Access to your records requires signing in to your private account. We take reasonable measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure.
The free version of our website and app may display ads served by Google AdSense. Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on a user's prior visits to this and other websites. You may opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings. Upgrading to Pro removes all ads.

Debt Ledger provides tools to record and track debts, payments, and credit records. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter and for how you use the records you create.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
The Free plan is offered at no cost and supports up to 20 customers, with ads and watermarked PDF statements. The Pro plan is a paid upgrade — available as a monthly subscription, yearly subscription, or one-time lifetime purchase — that unlocks unlimited customers, removes ads and the PDF watermark, and adds backup and advanced reporting features. Prices are shown in the app at the time of purchase. If a subscription lapses, your data is retained; customers beyond the free limit are locked (not deleted) until you renew.
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. While we strive for reliability and accuracy, Debt Ledger is a record-keeping tool and is not a substitute for professional accounting or legal advice.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Debt Ledger and its developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the service.
